Background Information about TDM Holdings
Background

TDM Holdings N.V. started in 2002 in Naarden, the Netherlands. Based on the premise of global consolidation and the existing need at customers in the midmarket to deal with one trusted IT partner for its business-critical processes, TDM has grown via a smart acquisition strategy.

In 2004, it merged with becom Informationssysteme GmbH in Schwerte, Germany. In 2005, TDM made its entry into the Swiss market. In 2006 TDM acquired the German operations of Morse Plc (rebranded as Inforsacom).

In February 2007, Parcom Capital, a legal entity of ING, joined TDM as a significant minority shareholder.

In February 2007, the Dutch operations of Comparex were acquired.
In July, SLTN B.V, the leading IBM business partner in the Netherlands was acquired, and merged with the TDM operations in the Netherlands that were already there. And  therefore gaining a leading ICT system integration position in the Netherlands. 

In August, theGerman operations of Comparex were acquired.

In November of 2007, TDM acquired the publicly listed company Arxes NCC AG in Germany. At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Arxes NCC AG in August 2008, shareholders accepted the rebranding into TDMi AG, and the creation of a services division called Arxes GmbH.

All these acquisitions plus the autonomous growth has lead to solid increase in revenue of 245 million euro in the period 1 May 2006 – 30 April 2007 up to 421 million euro revenue in the period 1 may 2007 – 30 may 2008.
