The internationally operating TDM-Group has acquired COMPAREX Deutschland GmbH, one of the largest Systems Integrators in Germany, with effect from September 28, 2007. Reinhold Krieger, the current CEO of the COMPAREX Group, will be heading the German subsidiaries of the TDM–Group.

COMPAREX specialises in technologies and solutions for Data Centers of large and medium-sized companies, realizing annual revenues of approximately 200 Mio Euro with close to 300 IT-specialists. This acquisition increases the total turnover of the TDM-Group to more than 500 million Euro with a total group headcount of approximately 800.

To date the TDM-Group in Germany is organized along three brands, of which two value-added resellers -becom and inforsacom-, and a Consulting and Services brand, called InDemand. The acquisition of COMPAREX increases TDM’s system integration and consulting portfolio significantly.
